Summer technical Break: we recharge machinery in an Anniversary year

This 2026 is being an exceptional year for Rutperfil, and like every August, it is time to make our summer technical stop.

To celebrate our 50th anniversary as manufacturers of technical systems for curtains is not only a reason for pride: it is a daily self-demand. During these first months, we have assumed a large volume of work to be able to serve all our clients with the excellence that they require. This has come driven by your trust in our new catalogs and overcoming together the very high rhythms of demand of the current sector. In addition, it has been the first year in which we began to work in our catalog the finished custom-made curtain, with fabric already included.

This historical milestone obliges us to maintain an impeccable level of production, an absolute precision in each piece and a response capacity at the height of the great projects of our clients.

In order to be able to continue offering the level of quality, service and reliability that defines our brand, the time has come to make a strategic pause.

We inform you that the facilities, factory and offices of Rutperfil in Vilassar will remain closed for holidays from Monday, August 3 to Sunday, August 23 (both included).

Why do we stop?

In an industrial company, to stop does not mean to brake, it means to prepare the tools to return stronger.

• ⚙️ Industrial maintenance and calibration: We will take advantage of the last week of August to prepare the following period of activity. This includes the cleaning and calibration of our injection molds, the review of the extrusion lines and the updating of the warehouse systems. We assure in this way that upon return each component continues complying with the millimetric tolerances that your work on site demands, so that you do not have to worry at all about anything other than receiving the merchandise and using it.

• 🔋 The human value: rest and recognition: Cutting-edge technology and machinery are useless without the talent of the people who operate them. We want to take advantage of this statement to thank the effort of the entire Rutperfil workforce. From the operators at the foot of the machine, the tooling and engineering team, the warehouse and logistics managers, to the administration and customer service department.

Planning and operational return

We will resume activity on Monday, August 24, with the objective of returning with 100% of our capacity and facing a final four-month period of the year that promises to be equally intense.

All emails, quotes and requests for part breakdowns that enter through the web or email during these weeks will remain securely registered in our system.

Upon our return, on Monday, August 24, the commercial and technical team will manage each request by strict order of arrival.
